BEAT SOMEONE Co., Ltd. collects the following personal information when providing customer consultation and Request to release a song.
As stated, please confirm that we will inform you of the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act (collection and use of personal information) and Article 33 of the Statistics Act (protection of confidentiality, etc.).Collected personal information is protected in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Act", and personal information is not processed externally for the purpose of collection or use, or provided or shared externally without the consent of the information subject.In addition, since personal information is not required, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged, we only take as much as necessary.

1. Purpose of collection/use of personal information: consultation/inquiry regarding song release, application and request to release a song, confirmation of applicant
2. Required personal information collected: artist name, name, email, compensation
3. Personal information retention and use period: 3 years after request to release a song

※You may agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. If you agree, your request to release a song may be restricted.
